The Website was created in connection with the 'Ricoh & Java™ Developer Challenge Innovating Technology (Contest).
The Website includes a public area and a private area. The private area is accessible to registered members only (hereinafter “the Member Area”). These Terms and Conditions apply to both the public area and the Member Area of the Website.

Only Contest participants, i.e. users who registered on the Website and were accepted by Ricoh, may access the Member Area.
All other access is deemed to be unauthorized and therefore prohibited. Multiple persons using one single license to access the Member Area is strictly prohibited. In case of unauthorized use or abuse of the Member Area or its services, Ricoh may at its sole discretion decide to terminate or deactivate the account of a user.
